茶多酚对长顺绿壳蛋鸡血清脂质、蛋黄胆固醇及肝脏脂质的影响 被引量:5

Effects of Tea Polyphenols on Serum Lipid,Egg Yolk Cholesterol and Liver Lipid of Changshun Green-shell Laying Hens

摘要 【目的】研究茶多酚(tea polyphenols,TP)添加对长顺绿壳蛋鸡血清脂质指标、蛋清抗氧化功能、蛋黄胆固醇含量及肝脏脂质代谢的影响。【方法】选用180日龄长顺绿壳蛋鸡240羽,随机分为对照组(饲喂基础日粮)、200 mg/kg TP组和400 mg/kg TP组(分别在基础日粮的基础上添加200和400 mg/kg TP),每组10个重复,每个重复8羽,饲喂56 d后测定血清脂质、蛋黄胆固醇及肝脏脂质代谢等指标。【结果】与对照组相比,400 mg/kg TP组蛋鸡血清甘油三酯、总胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量显著降低(P<0.05),血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量显著增加(P<0.05),蛋清巯基含量显著增加(P<0.05),蛋清羰基含量显著降低(P<0.05);200和400 mg/kg TP组蛋鸡蛋黄胆固醇含量均显著降低(P<0.05),肝脏ACC、HMGA及CYP7A1 mRNA表达水平显著降低(P<0.05),而AMPK及LDLR mRNA表达水平显著增加(P<0.05)。【结论】饲粮中添加400 mg/kg TP可以提高长顺绿壳蛋鸡蛋清抗氧化水平,降低蛋黄中胆固醇含量,有利于改善蛋鸡血清及肝脏脂质代谢。 [Purpose]To study the effects of tea polyphenols(TP)supplementation on serum lipid indexes,egg white antioxidant capacities,egg yolk cholesterol content and liver lipid metabolism of Changshun green-shell laying hens.[Methods]A total of 240180-day-old laying hens were selected as experimental animals,which were randomly divided into three treatment groups with 10 replicates in each group,and eight laying hens per replicate.The duration of the experiment was 56 days.The three treatments were as follows:control group(fed with basal diet),200 mg/kg TP group and 400 mg/kg TP group,which were fed 200 and 400 mg/kg TP based on the basal diet,respectively.[Results]Compared with the control group,the contents of triglyceride,total cholesterol and low density lipoprotein cholesterol in serum of laying hens of 400 mg/kg TP group were significantly de-creased(P<0.05),but the content of serum high density lipoprotein cholesterol was significantly in-creased(P<0.05);the sulfhydryl content of egg white was significantly increased,while the carbonyl content was significantly decreased(P<0.05).The content of egg yolk cholesterol was significantly decreased in 200 and 400 mg/kg TP groups than those in the control group(P<0.05);and the expres-sion of liver ACC,HMGA and CYP7A1 mRNA were decreased(P<0.05),but the expression of AMPK and LDLR mRNA were increased(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Dietary supplemented with 400 mg/kg TP could enhance the antioxidant level of egg white,reduce the cholesterol level of egg yolk,and im-prove the lipid metabolism of serum and liver.
