摘要
在分析自媒体舆情特点的基础上,把舆情的社会背景和舆情信息表现形式纳入评估体系,构建了面向自媒体的网络舆情风险评估主要影响指标,进而建立了针对自媒体舆情评估的指标体系。在此基础上,提出了一种基于离平均方案(平均解)距离测度方法的单值中智集舆情预警模型。该方法不仅兼顾了评估专家的认知局限性和决策环境复杂性,而且避免了大规模数据预处理。
Based on the analysis of the characteristics of We-Media public opinion,this paper incorporates the social background of public opinion and the form of public opinion information into the evaluation system,and constructs the main impact indicators of We-Media-oriented network public opinion risk assessment.Then,an index system for self-media public opinion evaluation is established.On this basis,a single-value neutrosophic set public opinion early warning model based on distance-averaged distance measurement method is proposed.This method takes into account the cognitive limitations of the evaluation experts and the complexity of the decision-making environment,and,moreover,avoids large-scale data preprocessing.
