摘要
通过分析当前高层建筑钢结构安装施工工艺,在传统钢结构施工工艺的基础上,提出了全新的施工工艺设计。通过选择与布置安装施工机械,设计钢结构预埋构件、钢柱及瀑布幕墙的安装施工步骤,设计了新的钢结构施工工艺。通过实验证明,新的钢结构施工工艺各个节点的支座反力与重力荷载均大于传统施工工艺,安装后钢结构与建筑结构整体的稳定性与可靠性得到了显著提高。
By the analysis of the current high-rise building steel structure installation and construction technology,and a new construction technology design is proposed on the basis of the traditional steel structure construction technology.By selecting and arranging and installing construction machinery,designing steel structure embedded components,steel columns and installation and construction steps of waterfall curtain wall,a new steel structure construction process is designed.Experiments have proved that the support reaction force and gravity load of each node of the new steel structure construction process are greater than those of the traditional construction process,and the overall stability and reliability of the steel structure and the building structure have been significantly improved after installation.
