摘要
文章使用Citespace可视化文献计量方法,就人工智能对就业的影响研究进行了分析。通过分析代表性文章发现:该领域的研究主要集中于经济学和管理学,不仅缺乏跨学科交叉研究,而且机构间的合作较少,尚未形成较大的研究规模和完善的理论体系;研究热点主要是人工智能对就业的替代效应、互补效应以及对就业结构的影响;未来的研究主题可能集中于人工智能发展背景下的就业质量提高问题、多学科合作多视角分析问题、职业教育发展问题、就业心理问题、弱势群体充分就业问题等方面。
The article uses the Citespace visual bibliometric method to analyze research on the impact of artificial intelligence on employment.The analysis of representative articles reveals that:the research in this field is mainly focused on economics and management,not only lacking interdisciplinary cross⁃research,but also with little cooperation between institutions,and has not yet formed a large scale of research and a sound theoretical system;the research hotspots are mainly the substitution effect and complementary effect of AI on employment and the impact on the employment structure;the future research themes may focus on the improvement of employment quality in the context of AI development,multi⁃disciplinary cooperation and multi⁃perspective analysis,vocational education development,employment psychology,and full employment of disadvantaged groups.
