Intelligent management and control system of nursing and cleaning equipment in operating room based on Internet of things

摘要 为了提高手术室护理清洁设备智能管控系统功能与性能,设计基于物联网的手术室护理清洁设备智能管控系统。硬件方面,根据物联网架构,将系统划分为应用、网络和感知三层;依据手术室护理清洁设备,选择单片机与射频芯片相结合的设备节点方案,设计设备节点模块电路。软件方面,采用模糊数学综合评估模型,给定设备状态评估有限论域,建立模糊关系矩阵,计算评价因素权重,构建设备状态评估模型评估设备状态;基于手术室对护理清洁设备需求,分为设备运维管控和状态管控两部分,智能管控手术室护理清洁设备。确定手术室护理清洁设备类型及型号,系统功能与性能测试结果:系统功能黑盒测试结果与预期结果一致;当系统中虚拟用户达到3 500时,CPU及内存占用率相较其最大占用率分别小了15%和18%,系统资源请求最大、最小和平均响应时间,相较系统资源请求响应时间小了0 ms、100 ms、200 ms,符合系统设计需求。 In order to improve the function and performance of intelligent management and control system for nursing and cleaning equipment in operating room,an intelligent management and control system for nursing and cleaning equipment in operating room based on Internet of Things was designed.In terms of hardware,according to the Internet of Things architecture,the system is divided into three layers:application,network and perception.According to the nursing and cleaning equipment in operating room,the device node scheme combining single chip microcomputer and RF chip is selected,and the device node module circuit is designed.In terms of software,fuzzy mathematics comprehensive evaluation model is adopted,the limited universe of equipment state evaluation is given,the dimension fuzzy relation matrix is established,the weight of evaluation factors is calculated,and the equipment state evaluation model is constructed to evaluate the equipment state.Based on the demand of nursing cleaning equipment in operating room,it is divided into two parts:equipment operation and maintenance control and status control,which intelligently controls nursing cleaning equipment in operating room.Determine the type and model of nursing and cleaning equipment in operating room,system function and performance test results:system function black box test results are consistent with the expected results;When the number of virtual users in the system reaches 3,500,the occupancy rate of CPU and memory is 15% and 18% less than the maximum occupancy rate,respectively.The maximum,minimum and average response time of system resource request is 0 ms,100 ms and 200 ms less than that of system resource request,which meets the system design requirements.
