摘要
SiO_(2)气凝胶复合材料具有优异的隔热保温、阻燃防火、疏水、隔声等综合性能,是船舶与海洋、工业能源、军工等领域理想的绿色节能型材料,随着技术发展将逐步取代传统保温材料。通过分析SiO_(2)气凝胶复合材料性能特点、国内外发展趋势,剖析船舶与海洋工程装备、碳达峰碳中和发展等典型应用需求,研究SiO_(2)气凝胶复合材料关键技术,为绿色节能型SiO_(2)气凝胶复合材料性能改进与推广应用提供参考。
SiO_(2) aerogel composite has excellent comprehensive properties such as the thermal insulation, flame retardant, fire prevention, hydrophobic and sound insulation.It is ideal green energy-saving material in the fields of ship and ocean, industrial energy and military industry.With the development of technology, it would gradually replace traditional thermal insulation materials.By analyzing the performance characteristics and development trend of SiO_(2) aerogel composites, the typical application requirements of marine and offshore engineering equipment, carbon dioxide and neutralization development were analyzed.The key technologies of SiO_(2) aerogel composites were studied to provide references for the improvement and application of green energy-saving SiO_(2) aerogel composites.
