高效CO_(2)捕集膜的制备与改性研究 被引量:1

摘要 绿色低碳发展是全世界人民倡导的生活理念,CO_(2)排放量的逐年增长对生产生活和气候变化都产生了巨大影响,从化石能源排放气中分离提纯CO_(2)是行之有效的方法。分析目前比较成熟的捕集方法,膜分离法比其他方法更具优势,选择含有聚酰亚胺基团的一类高分子聚合物作为膜材料,探究在基膜制备过程中单体分子间的结合特点,通过在合成过程中适当地引入特殊功能的基团、热交联、化学交联等改性方法,制备出综合性能更优的CO_(2)分离捕集膜,在CO_(2)大规模分离和提纯方面具有极大的应用前景。 Green and low-carbon development is a concept of life advocated by people all over the world.The annual increase of CO_(2)emissions has huge impact on production, life and climate change.It is effective method to separate and purify CO_(2)from fossil energy emission gas.Membrane separation has more advantages than other methods in the current relatively mature collection methods.A kind of polymer containing polyimide group was selected as membrane material.To explore the intermolecular bonding characteristics of the monomers in the preparation process of the base membrane.Through the introduction of special functional groups, thermal crosslinking, chemical crosslinking and other modification methods in the synthesis process, the CO_(2)separation and capture membrane with better comprehensive performance can be prepared.It had great application prospect in large-scale separation and purification of CO_(2).
