摘要
在疫情常态化的后疫情时代,对线上线下混合教学进行审视,对教学成效进行探讨,是稳步推进高校教育改革亟待解决的重要课题。基于实验研究、数据分析,探讨学习者在线上线下混合教学、线上教学、线下教学等三种不同教学样态下学习者的学习投入情况、学习效果以及满意度情况。结果表明:积极的学习投入可以提升学习者学习绩效、线上线下混合教学促进学习者学习投入由被动转向主动、混合教学能促进学习者学习深度不断增加。由此,提出坚持在混合教育理念下积极开展混合教学、建立以学习共同体为单位的组织机制、开展“平台+直播+线下”的多种组合教学模式、将目标与评估贯穿混合教学始终的建议。
In the post-epidemic era of normalization of the epidemic situation,it is an important topic to steadily promote the reform of higher education to examine the online and offline mixed teaching and discuss the teaching results.Based on experimental research and data analysis,this study discusses the learners’learning input,learning effect and satisfaction under three different teaching modes:online and offline mixed teaching,online teaching and offline teaching.The results show that active learning input can improve learners’learning performance,online and offline mixed teaching can turn learners’passive learning input into active input,and mixed teaching can promote learners’learning depth.Therefore,it is proposed to actively carry out mixed teaching under the concept of mixed education,establish an organizational mechanism with the learning community as the unit,carry out a variety of combined teaching modes of“platform+live+offline”,and integrate objectives and evaluation throughout mixed teaching.
