摘要
阐述基于大数据分析的防台风精密智控应用,在硬件部分在台风易涝点安装视频监控、高空瞭望等装备,在软件部分开发精密智控数字化应用,从而提升台风洪涝灾害科学防控能力。
This paper describes the application of precision intelligent control of typhoon prevention based on big data analysis. In the hardware part, video monitoring, high-altitude lookout and other equipment are installed at typhoon waterlogging prone points, and in the software part, the digital application of precision intelligent control is developed, so as to improve the scientific prevention and control ability of typhoon flood disasters.
