摘要
从用网络信息体系思想理解作战体系、用网络信息体系方法塑造装备体系的角度,提出了弹性杀伤网这一具有网信基因、智能特色的新型作战概念,并从形势背景、概念内涵、制胜机理和行动样式等方面阐述了弹性杀伤网作战概念。从系统架构和技术架构2个维度描绘了支撑弹性杀伤网的体系装备概念图像,提出了广义作战管理和狭义作战管理2大核心功能,提出了由资源层、云脑层、组织层和共智层形成的新型智能化体系装备架构,并给出了后续发展建议。
From the perspective of understanding the combat system with the idea of networking information-centric system of systems(SoS)and shaping the equipment system with the method of network information-centric SoS,a new operational concept named elastic kill web with characteristics of network information gene and intelligence is proposed.The operational concept of elastic kill web is expounded from aspects including situation background,concept connotation,winning mechanism and action style,etc.The conceptual image of system equipment supporting elastic kill web is described from two dimensions of system architecture and technical architecture,and two core functions of generalized battle management and narrow battle management are proposed.Meanwhile,the new intelligent system equipment architecture formed by resource layer,cloud brain layer,organization layer and common intelligence layer is presented,and the follow-up development suggestions are given.
