摘要
介绍了球墨铸铁制动缸体铸件结构及铸造工艺,利用金相分析法得知磁粉探伤不合格的原因是缸体内腔侧壁存在显微缩松缺陷。通过分析显微缩松缺陷产生的原因,对铸造工艺进行改进优化,并用MAGMA凝固模拟软件进行分析,模拟结果显示消除了显微缩松缺陷,试生产后铸件综合成品率由不足50%提升至94%以上。
The structure and casting process of ductile iron brake cylinder block casting were introduced. Metallographic analysis was used to find out that the reason of unqualified magnetic particle inspection was that the side wall of cylinder block had obvious shrinkage defect. The MAGMA solidification simulation software was used for the analysis. The simulation results showed that the obvious shrinkage defects were eliminated. After trial production, the comprehensive yield of the casting was increased from less than 50% to more than 94%.
