摘要
目的:观察循经刺结合穴位注射治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛(PHN)的临床疗效及肌电图相关指标的变化。方法:选取符合条件的带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者58例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(循经刺结合穴位注射)和对照组(常规针刺),每组各29例,观察并对比3个疗程后两组治疗前、后的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)及肌电图中运动传导速度(MCV)、感觉传导速度(SCV)、波幅(AMP)、远端潜伏期(DML)指标并进行疗效评定。结果:治疗后两组间视觉模拟评分法(VAS)及肌电图中运动传导速度(MCV)、感觉传导速度(SCV)、波幅(AMP)、远端潜伏期(DML)指标具有显著性差异(P<0.05);两组治疗后与治疗前VAS、MCV、SCV、AMP及DML指标比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的显效率和总有效率分别为62.07%(18/29)和93.1%(27/29),对照组显效率和总有效率分别为24.14%(7/29)和79.31%(23/29),观察组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:循经刺结合穴位注射法治疗PHN具有良好的疗效,对临床治疗PHN具有一定的积极意义。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of needling along meridians combined with acupoint injection in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia(PHN)and its influence to relative indicators of electromyogram(EMG).Methods:58 patients with PHN were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 29 patients in each group.The observation group was treated with needling along meridians combined with acupoint injection,and the control group was treated with conventional acupuncture.Indicators of visual analogue scale(VAS),motor conduction velocity(MCV),sensory conduction velocity(SCV),amplitude(AMP)and distal incubation period(DML)were assessed before and after the treatment in the two groups.Results:There were statistical differences in VAS,MCV,SCV,AMP and DML between the two groups after the treatment(P<0.05).There were statistical differences in VAS,MCV,SCV,AMP and DML between before and after the treatment in the two groups(P<0.05).The remarkably effective rate and the total efficiency were 62.07%(18/29)and 93.1%(27/29)respectively in the observation groups,which were correspondingly higher than 24.14%(7/29)and 79.31%(25/29)in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Needling along meridians combined with acupoint injection has a good effect on PHN,and has a certain positive significance for clinical treatment of PHN.
