丙烯酸盐灌浆材料在高水头帷幕补强中的应用研究 被引量:7

摘要 两河口水电站初期导流洞影响区域帷幕灌浆在导流洞下闸封堵后实施,因水库水位的升高,改变了施工区域水文地质条件,部分钻孔渗水且扬压力较大,影响水泥浆液的有效扩散,帷幕无法形成闭合,灌浆质量检查不合格。通过采用排间丙烯酸盐高压化学灌浆工艺,对帷幕进行补强灌浆,经钻孔全景图像检测、孔段灌浆前后渗水量检测、钻孔压水试验检查,帷幕补强灌浆效果良好,满足设计要求。工程实践证明,高水头条件下,丙烯酸盐灌浆材料可灌性好,工艺简单可靠,适用细微裂隙及断层破碎带及其影响带地质缺陷处理,能有效解决工程技术难题。 Curtain grouting in the area affected by the diversion tunnel at the initial stage of the Lianghekou Hydropower Station is implemented after the lowering of gate and closure of the diversion tunnel.Due to the rise of the reservoir water level,the hydrogeological conditions of the construction area are changed which leads to the seepage of some drilling holes and high uplift pressure,affecting the effective diffusion of the cement slurry,leading to unclosed curtain and unqualified grouting.By adopting the high-pressure chemical grouting process of acrylate between rows,the curtain is reinforced and grouted.After the panoramic image inspection of drilling,the detection of water seepage before and after grouting in the hole section,and the inspection of drilling water pressure test,the curtain reinforcement grouting effect is favorable and meets the design requirements.Engineering practice has proved that under the condition of high water head,the acrylate grouting material is of good groutability,simple and reliable in construction process,and suitable for the treatment of geological defects in micro-cracks and fault fracture zones and their affected zones.
