摘要
目的:研究用针刺结合龙氏正骨手法治疗脊源性心律失常的效果。方法:选取2019年2月至2020年1月期间新疆医科大学第一附属医院针灸推拿科和心血管内科收治的60例脊源性心律失常患者作为研究对象。按照随机数表法将其分为对照组和治疗组,每组各有患者30例。用针刺结合龙氏正骨手法对治疗组患者进行治疗,对照组患者单纯接受针刺治疗。治疗1个疗程(10 d)后比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果:治疗组患者治疗的总有效率高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:用针刺结合龙氏正骨手法治疗脊源性心律失常的效果显著,能有效减轻患者的临床症状,缓解其病情。
Objective:To study the effect of acupuncture combined with Long’s bone-setting manipulation in the treatment of chirogenic arrhythmia.Methods:A total of 60 patients with chirogenic arrhythmia admitted to the Department of Acupuncture and Massage and the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from February 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and treatment group,with 30 patients in each group.Patients in the treatment group were treated with acupuncture combined with Long’s bone-setting manipulation,while patients in the control group were treated with acupuncture alone.After 1 course of treatment(10 days),the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with Long’s bone-setting technique is effective in the treatment of chirogenic arrhythmia,which can effectively reduce the clinical symptoms of patients and alleviate their condition.
