摘要
杜仲叶属于药食两用试点物质,富含多种活性成分,如黄酮、绿原酸、环烯醚萜类、多糖、多酚等,近年来针对杜仲叶已经开展了大量功效活性试验,其中以抗氧化研究居多.概述了与杜仲叶抗氧化活性相关的功能物质、抗氧化活性机理及其评价方法,重点分析了关键影响因素(包括种植、加工方法)对活性成分含量的影响,以及不同提取方法对提取率的影响,最后针对研究不足之处提出了建议,以期为杜仲叶抗氧化功能食品的研制开发提供一定的理论基础.
Eucommia ulmoides leaves belong to the edible and medicinal pilot substances,which are rich in a variety of active components,such as flavonoids,chlorogenic acid,iridoids,polysaccharides,polyphenols,etc.In recent years,a large number of efficacy and activity tests of E.ulmoides leaves have been carried out,most of which are antioxidant studies.The functional substances,antioxidant activity mechanism and evaluation methods related to the antioxidant activity of E.ulmoides leaves are summarized.The effects of key influencing factors(including planting and processing methods)on the content,and the effects of different extraction methods on the extraction rate of active ingredients were analyzed.Finally,some suggestions are put forward in view of the shortcomings of the research,to provide a certain theoretical basis for the development of antioxidant functional food from E.ulmoides leaves.
