摘要
以对苯二甲酸(PTA)、间苯二甲酸(IPA)、乙二醇(EG)、聚乙二醇(PEG)和成核剂BaSO_(4)等为原料,以分步酯化、分布缩聚的四釜制工艺合成常温常压分散染料深染低收缩的聚酯切片(EDDP)。通过对配方进行改进,对工艺过程进行优化,实现了改性单体的精准调控,使得聚酯实现了常温、常压、分散染料深染且织物在高温条件下低收缩,尺寸稳定性高。在加入4wt%IPA、3wt%PEG4000和1.0wt%BaSO_(4)时,EDDP的结晶度、染色率和收缩率达到最佳,分别为25.7%、97.3%和1.9%。
In this paper,a four-kettle process of stepwise esterification and distributed polycondensation was used to synthesize polyester chips with low shrinkage and deep dyeing of disperse dyes at normal temperature and pressure(EDDP)using terephthalic acid(PTA),isophthalic acid(IPA),ethylene glycol(EG),polyethylene glycol(PEG)and nucleating agent BaSO_(4)as raw materials.Through the improvement of the formulation and optimization of the technological process,the precise regulation of the modified monomer was achieved,which made the polyester achieve ambient temperature,atmospheric pressure,disperse dye deep-dyeing and low shrinkage and high dimensional stability of the fabric under high temperature conditions.The best crystallinity,dyeing rate and shrinkage of EDDP were achieved with the addition of 4.0wt%IPA,3.0wt%PEG4000 and 1.0wt%BaSO_(4),which were 25.7%,97.3%and 1.9%,respectively.
