摘要
高校装备重型实验室是利用现有的资源条件、优化房屋配置方式、为提高科研实验用房使用效益建设的,将各课题组分管的大型设备进行集中统一管理的工作场所。它是高校教学与科研工作正常进行的保障,同时也是加快构建符合“双一流”高校的省级装备重型实验室的有效途径。以高校的世界一流学科建设为背景,以西南石油大学机电工程学院分管的石油天然气装备重型实验室为对象,对其规范化管理、设备管理、场所管理进行了探讨。重型实验室的高效管理、良好的实验环境为学校的教学和科研工作提供有力保障,在教学与科研中发挥了重要作用。重型实验室管理模式的经验与方法为其他高校大型设备的管理以及营造安全的高校科研环境提供了有益的参考与借鉴。
According to the use of finite resources,optimizing the configuration mode and improving the efficiency of the university laboratory housing management,a research-type lab equipped with heavy equipment is proposed to a main place for the centralized management mode of large-scale equipment.It provides a good guarantee for the implement of daily teaching works,and an effective way to build provincial levels key laboratories that conform to "Double Tops" universities.Based on the background that the university is building up a worldwide top ranking university,a series of research including standardized management,equipment management and environmental management for its research-type lab equipped with heavy equipment are discussed.The efficient management and a good experimental environment of the research-type lab equipped with heavy equipment provide guarantee for teaching and scientific research of the school,and play an important role in the development of Southwest Petroleum University.Those management modes with efficient approach and obvious effects can provide some useful references for the management of large-scale equipment and constructing fine research environment in other universities.
