Research on dynamic load impact of curve guide rail of automatic gun

摘要 自动机曲线导轨在运行过程中,受反复交变的动载冲击,造成疲劳损伤、精度下降。对闩体、星形体和导轨之间的运动进行了仿真分析,构建了冲击功数学模型,研究了导轨的磨损成因;通过分析,导轨曲线几处连接二阶不连续,引发柔性冲击,为了改善这一特性,在以上连接处引入3次样条曲线,与附近曲线构成二阶接触;仿真结果显示,闩体与星形体对导轨的硬性冲击和柔性冲击减小;对2种不同的自动机在相同工况下进行了噪声测试,导轨曲线改进后噪声明显下降,这说明柔性冲击强度降低,对导轨的精度保持、疲劳寿命和可靠性有利。 In order to analyze the cause and change process of dynamic load impact,the motion between latch body,star body and guide rail was simulated and analyzed,the mathematical model of impact energy was built,and the wear cause of guide rail was studied;In order to improve this characteristic,a cubic spline curve was introduced at the above connection to form a second-order contact with the nearby curve.The simulation results show that the rigid impact and flexible impact of latch body and star body on guide rail were improved.The noise test of two different automatic gun under the same working condition shows that the noise decreases obviously after the improvement of the guide rail curve,which indicates that the strength of flexible impact was reduced,which is beneficial to the accuracy maintenance,fatigue life and reliability of the guide rail.
