摘要
在分析我国过去30年能源结构及其变化趋势的基础上,简述了伴随煤炭开采过程中煤矸石排放对生态环境造成的巨大危害,并介绍了煤矸石的物理、化学性质和现有利用方式。综合目前利用方式的弊端,提出了以离层区注浆充填为代表的煤矸石有效大宗利用新工艺。离层区注浆充填技术前期投资小、运行期间与采煤作业相互影响小,在抑制开采沉陷的同时实现了煤矸石废弃物的有效资源化转化,减少了对生态环境的负面影响,为我国煤矸石有效资源化利用提供了有益尝试。
This paper analyzes the energy structure and its changing trend in China in the past 30 years,briefly describes the great harm to the ecological environment caused by the discharge of coal gangue in the process of coal mining,and introduces the physical and chemical properties and existing utilization modes of coal gangue.Based on the disadvantages of the current utilization mode,a new technology for effective mass utilization of coal gangue,represented by grouting filling technology in separated zone is put forward.The early investment of grouting filling technology in separated zone is small,and the interaction between during operation and coal mining is small,which not only restrains mining subsidence,but also realizes the effective resource transformation of coal gangue waste,and reduces the negative impact on ecological environment.It provides a beneficial attempt for the effective resource utilization of coal gangue in our country.
