摘要
随着生活水平的提高,人们越发重视食品质量安全。“三聚氰胺”事件以后,国家陆续出台《食品安全法》及相关实施条例,对食品安全严格管控,目前国家建立了食品安全监督综合评价体系,将各地的食品安全监督抽检纳入地方综合评价考核,加大食品安全监督抽检力度,对抽检数据进行汇总分析。2021年,沂南县食品安全监督抽检数据显示,总体不合格率0.29%,其中猪肉、鸭肉、芸豆、小麦粉、桶装饮用水5类产品不合格,不合格项目有磺胺、金刚烷胺、多菌灵、水分和铜绿假单胞菌。农兽药残留超标主要因为对用药间隔期不了解或滥用;微生物超标主要是杀菌消毒不彻底。在数据分析的基础上提出应引导农兽药规范性使用,建立农产品可追溯体系的建议。
With the continuous improvement of living standards,people pay more and more attention to food quality and safety.After the‘melamine’incident,the state has successively issued Food Safety Law and relevant implementation regulations to strictly control food safety.At present,the state has established a comprehensive evaluation system for food safety supervision,including food safety supervision and sampling in various places into the local comprehensive evaluation,increasing the intensity of food safety supervision and sampling,and summarizing and analyzing the sampling data.In 2021,the sampling inspection data of Yinan county food safety supervision showed that the overall unqualified rate was 0.29%,including pork,duck meat,kidney beans,wheat flour and bottled drinking water.The unqualified items were sulfonamide,amantadine,carbendazim,water and Pseudomonas aeruginosa.The main reason why the residues of agricultural and veterinary drugs exceed the standard was that they do not know or abuse the drug interval.Microorganism exceeding the standard was mainly due to incomplete sterilization.On the basis of data analysis,it was proposed that the standardized use of agricultural and veterinary drugs should be guided and the traceability system of agricultural products should be established.
