摘要
采用Gleeble-3800热模拟机对锯条用钢65Mn开展了热变形试验,获得了锯条用钢65Mn在热压缩变形过程中的真应力-真应变曲线。研究了应变、应变率和变形温度等变形因素对热变形抗力的影响规律。结果表明,在热压缩变形过程中,锯条用钢65Mn的流动应力随着变形温度的升高而减小,随着变形速率的增加而增加。建立了由应变、变形速率和变形温度构成的锯条用钢65Mn的流变应力本构方程模型。采用建立的本构方程模型对流变应力进行了预测,并将得到的预测值与试验值进行对比,误差在28 MPa以内。
The hot deformation tests of saw blade steel 65Mn was carried out by Gleeble-3800 thermal simulator,and the true stress-true strain curves of saw blade steel 65Mn during hot compression deformation process were obtained.The effect laws of deformation factors such as strain,strain rate and deformation temperature on hot deformation resistance were studied.The results show that the flow stress of saw blade steel 65Mn decreases with the increase of deformation temperature and increases with the increase of strain rate.The rheological stress constitutive equation model of saw blade steel 65Mn was established,which was composed of strain,strain rate and deformation temperature.The rheological stress was predicted by the established constitutive equation model,the obtained prediction values were com-pared with the test values,and the error is within 28 MPa.
