摘要
胜利黄河大桥为主跨288 m正交异性板钢箱梁斜拉桥,1987年建成通车。2019年检测主桥总体技术状况为四类,斜拉索超龄服役,且个别斜拉索索力偏差较大;支座橡胶挤出,支反力偏离理论值;主梁钢构件防护涂装基本失效,钢箱梁底板、节点锈蚀严重;正交异性板局部开裂。针对主要病害情况,对大桥进行维修改造,全桥斜拉索更换成1860 MPa的平行钢丝索,采用分步迭代算法调整索力;支座更换成GPZ盆式橡胶支座,调整支反力;钢箱梁U肋嵌补段更换为栓焊组合连接结构,横肋在距离裂缝尖端20 mm处打止裂孔,并采用两钢板“夹”固,纵、横肋连接处采用L形钢板加固,底板喷砂除锈后采用钢板增大截面加固;桥面系进行了55 mm厚UHPC+30 mm厚SMA改造,并结合抗风构造优化改造了排水系统。经维修改造,改善了大桥受力状态,提高了结构的安全性和耐久性。
The Shengli Huanghe River Bridge is a cable-stayed bridge with a main span of 288 m,opened to traffic in 1987.The superstructure of the bridge consists of steel box girders and orthotropic steel plates.The inspection carried out in 2019 revealed that the overall technical condition of the main bridge was degraded to gradeⅣ,all the stay cables exceeded the design service life,and some stay cable forces suffered heavy loss.The rubbers of bearings were squeezed out,and the reaction forces were below the theoretical values.The coatings of the steel main girder components were functionally deficient.The base plates and nodes of steel box girders were heavily corroded.Parts of the orthotropic steel deck cracked.Tailored rehabilitation measures were presented.All the original stay cables are replaced by the parallel steel wire cables of 1860 MPa,and the stay cable forces were adjusted in accordance with the iterative calculation.The original bearings are replaced by the GPZ pot rubber bearings,and the reaction forces were adjusted.The U-rib strengthened sections of superstructure were transformed to be mixed bolting and welding connections.For the transverse ribs,crack-stopping holes were drilled,20 mm to the crack tips,and the transverse ribs were strengthened by adding two pieces of steel plates in a sandwich manner.At the longitudinal-to-transverse rib connections,L-shaped steel plates were added for strengthening.For the base plates,extra steel plates were added to enlarge the cross-sectional area after sand blasting.The deck pavement was changed to be a 55 mm-thick UHPC layer plus a 30 mm-thick SMA layer.The drainage system was modified in accordance with the wind resistant details.After rehabilitation,the load bearing capacity of the bridge was improved,and the structural safety and durability was also enhanced.
