摘要
基于4103综采工作面复合顶板岩性及矿压来压特征进行液压支架的选型设计,从设计工作阻力及支架的适用效果两方面进行支架合理选型研究。对选用的ZY2800/13/28型支撑掩护式液压支架进行实际适用矿压监测,发现该支架能够很好地起到对复合顶板煤层工作面的控制效果,可以保证生产过程的安全可靠性。
Based on the lithology of composite roof slab in 4103 comprehensive mining working face and the characteristics of mine pressure coming pressure,the hydraulic brace selection design is carried out,and the reasonable brace selection study is carried out from the design working resistance and the applicable effect of the brace.The selected ZY2800/13/28 type support cover type hydraulic bracket was monitored for actual applicable mine pressure,and it was found that the bracket can play a good role in controlling the working face of composite roof coal seam and can meet the safety and reliability of production process.
