摘要
为制备松针洗手液,以三因素(pH值、松针提取液添加量、琼脂粉添加量)设计正交实验,得到pH为6.5,松针提取液添加量9%,琼脂粉添加量1.0%时为最佳方案。由最佳因素制备的洗手液外观不分层,无沉淀和明显杂质,泡沫细腻适中,易于冲洗,清水冲洗后感觉皮肤舒适无刺激感,且特有的松汁清香在手上停留时间较长,理化性质均符合洗手液国家标准。纸片扩散法抑菌效果表明松针洗手液对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌均有明显的抑制作用。
For hand sanitizer,orthogonal experiment was designed with three factors(pH value,pine needle extract amount and Agar powder amount).The optimal solution was pH 6.5,9%pine needle extract and 1.0%Agar powder amount.In the hand sanitizer prepared by optimized factors,obvious impurities and the layering appearance were not observed.The hand sanitizer was characterized with delicate and medium foam.After washing with water,the skin used by the hand sanitizerfelt comfortable without irritation,and the unique fragrance of pine oil stayed on hands for a long time.The physical and chemical properties meet the national standard of hand sanitizer.The antibacterial results showed that the hand sanitizer had obvious inhibitory effect on Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus.
