摘要 作为一种可被直观感受到的水质指标,臭味越来越受到人们的关注。感官分析法是识别检测水体异臭异味的常用经典方法之一,包括臭味等级描述法、嗅阈值法、臭味层次分析法等。通过嗅阈值法检测水中的臭味,可对水体臭味进行定量描述,使测定结果更为准确。本文优化了实验操作条件,得到了水源水、出厂水、管网水的嗅阈值范围,旨在为水体臭味预判、干预和控制提供一定的借鉴和参考。 As a kind of water quality index that can be intuitively felt,the odor has attracted more and more attention.Sensory analysis is one of the common classical methods to identify and detect the odor in water,including odor level description method,odor threshold method,odor hierarchy analysis method,etc.The odor in water can be quantitatively described by the odorthreshold method,which made the determination results more accurate.The experimental operating conditions were optimized and the odor threshold ranges of source water,factory water and pipe network water were obtained,in order to provide some reference for odor prediction,intervention and control.
