摘要
以生物质原料部分或完全替代石化原料,并利用快速高效的光固化技术来制备生物基光固化涂料已经成为涂料领域一个重要研究方向。本文从结构出发,总结了植物油、腰果酚、木质素、单宁酸、松香、异山梨醇、衣康酸等生物质原料的化学改性路径,并通过配方调控使其应用于光固化涂料领域。总结对比了一些石油基和生物基光固化涂料的基本性能,并对未来生物基光固化原料代替石油基化学品的发展趋势进行了展望。
It has become an important research direction in coating field to prepare biobased UV-curable coatings by using biomass raw materials partially or completely replacing petrochemical raw materials and high efficiency UV-curable technology. In this paper,we reviewed the chemical modification and their application in UV-curable coatings of biomass raw materials such as vegetable oil,cardanol,lignin,tannin,rosin,isosorbide,itaconic acid,etc. The basic properties of petroleum-based and bio-based UV-curable coatings were summarized and compared. And the development trend of biomass raw materials replacing petroleum-based chemicals in the future was also prospected.
