摘要
目的建立检测安神类中成药和保健食品中非法添加佐匹克隆的方法并用于实际检测。方法采用phenomenex Luna C_(8)(2)(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱;乙腈-0.01 mol/L磷酸盐缓冲液(17:83)为流动相;检测波长303 nm;流速1.0 ml/min;进样量20μl;柱温30℃。结果佐匹克隆在17.982~1998 ng范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为100.64%(RSD=0.7%),检测限为2.7 ng。结论本方法快速简便,可作为检测安神类中成药和保健食品中非法添加佐匹克隆成分的有效方法。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of zopiclone illegally added in soothing Chinese patent medicine and health food.Methods The test was performed on a phenomenex Luna C8(2)(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)column with acetonitrile-0.01mol/L phosphate buffer solution(17:83)as mobile phase.The detection wavelength was 303 nm.The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min.The injection volume was 20μl.The column temperature was 30℃.Results The linear range of zopiclone was 17.982 ng to 1998 ng(r=0.9999).The average recovery was 100.64%,with the RSD of 0.7%,and the detection limit was 2.7 ng.Conclusion The method is simple and rapid,which can be used for the determination of zopiclone illegally added in soothing Chinese patent medicine and health food.
