摘要
豌豆苗不仅口味全面,而且有着极高的营养价值,在豌豆苗中含有丰富的蛋白质以及粗脂肪,此外还带有数十种人体所必需的氨基酸,市场前景广阔。豌豆苗生产中,必须严格按照技术规范,保证豌豆苗的产量和品质。文章从选种、整地播种、日常管理以及病虫害防控角度,论述豌豆种植技术,以供种植户借鉴。
Pea seedlings not only have comprehensive taste, but also have high nutritional value. Pea seedlings are rich in protein and crude fat, in addition to dozens of essential amino acids for human body. Peas like cool, so they are highly sensitive to temperature. In the process of planting, follow certain technical rules and strictly follow the technical specifications to ensure the yield and quality of pea seedlings. This paper analyzes the green planting and cultivation technology of pea seedlings, and discusses the pea planting technology from the perspectives of seed selection, field preparation and sowing, daily management and pest control, so as to provide some suggestions for the majority of planting personnel.
