手持式X射线荧光仪测定土壤中重金属研究 被引量:2

摘要 通过电感耦合等离子体质谱仪和手持式X射线荧光仪两种仪器的测定,本文对土壤样品和现场原位测定结果进行对比,定量给出手持式X射线荧光仪的误差范围。研究表明,手持式X射线荧光仪的精密度和准确度没有电感耦合等离子体质谱仪高,但可以为现场执法和初步筛查提供快速检测方案。 Through the measurement of inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer and handheld X-ray fluorimeter,this paper compares the soil samples and the in-situ measurement results,and quantitatively gives the error range of the handheld X-ray fluorimeter.Studies have shown that handheld X-ray fluorimeters are not as precise and accurate as inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometers,but can provide rapid detection solutions for field law enforcement and initial screening.
