摘要 针对现有的弹丸测速装置信噪比小、热噪声严重、线路冗杂等问题,基于电磁感应原理提出一种使用强磁铁圈替换传统励磁线圈的新型测速方法,设计一种改进型线圈靶测速装置。该测速装置采用低磁导率金属铝作为线圈靶外框,同时以漆包线缠绕成线圈作为感应线圈,再添加一层强磁铁圈,经过特殊加工工艺制作而成。该装置不需要外部电源对励磁线圈单独供电,能消除励磁线圈因长时间供电而产生热噪声对感应线圈信号干扰的问题,经过多次实验验证,该装置安装便捷、响应速度快、动态特性能优良、信噪比高,并且无热噪声对感应电路产生干扰等,为武器的研制提供了有利的帮助。 According to the principle of electromagnetic induction, a new method of velocity measurement is presented in this paper. Aiming at the problems of low signal-to-noise ratio,serious thermal noise and complex circuit,an improved coil target velocity measurement device is proposed. The speed measuring device is made of low permeability aluminum as the outer frame of the coil target,at the same time,the enameled wire is wound into a coil as the induction coil,and a layer of strong magnetic coil is added,which is made by special processing technology,in particular,the exciting coil is replaced by a strong magnetic coil. This method does not need an external power supply to supply power to the exciting coil alone,and can eliminate the problem that the exciting coil is powered for a long time,thus generating thermal noise to interfere with the signal of the induction coil,it has been proved by many tests that the device is easy to install,quick to respond,good dynamic performance,high signal-to-noise ratio and no interference of thermal noise to the induction circuit.It is helpful for the development of weapons.
