摘要
文章从探求图书馆公共服务体系实现均等化、便捷化的途径入手,对滨海新区图书馆总分馆制建设情况进行归纳,分析了现行的总分馆制建设方案中存在的问题。文章提出“大总分馆制”体系构想,并在总分馆资源建设、服务网络构建和实现服务均等化等方面进行深入研究,为滨海新区公共图书馆总分馆制实施方案的完善提供了参考。
Starting from exploring the ways to realize the equalization and convenience of the library public service system,this paper summarizes the construction of the general and branch library system of Binhai New Area Library,and analyses the problems existing in the current general and branch library system construction scheme.Finally,this paper puts forward the concept of“big general and branch library system”,and makes a deep study on the construction of resources,service network and equalization of services in the general and branch library.It provides a reference for the improvement of the implementation scheme of the general and branch library system in Binhai New Area.
