摘要
在城市地下基础设施施工过程中产生的大量弃渣土已逐渐成为城市固体废弃物的主要来源。以弃渣土作为路基填筑材料的资源化利用措施,可以有效解决弃渣土闲置废弃所带来的资源浪费和环境污染问题。在盾构开挖隧道施工过程中,为确保掘进与清渣过程的顺利,通常会在泥浆中掺入多种添加剂,因此夹带残余浆液且高含水量的弃渣土路用性能受到影响,需在路基填筑工程应用时进行必要的处理。选取325号普通硅酸盐水泥和疏水固结材料DF剂2种不同的改善材料,通过承载比(CBR)试验分析得出5种不同掺量条件下改善弃渣土CBR值随掺量增加而持续提高的变化规律,并优化确定了2种不同改善材料的最佳掺量分别为2%和3%。
During urban underground infrastructure construction,a large amount of discarded soil has gradually become a major source of municipal solid waste.That discharged soil as roadbed filling material can effectively solve the waste of resources and environmental problems caused by shield muck.During shield tunneling,in order to ensure the smooth excavation process and the removal of discarded soil,a variety of additives are usually incorporated into the mud.As a result,the discharged soil has residual slurry and high water content.Its performance is highly affected and must be improved properly before filling the roadbed.Two different improvement materials of No.325 ordinary portland cement and DF agent were selected.Through California bearing ratio(CBR)test,it is concluded that the CBR value of the improved spoil soil increases continuously with the increase of the contents under five different dosage conditions.The optimal dosage of 2 different improved materials is optimized and determined to be 2%and 3%respectively.
