摘要
轻型载货汽车在交通运输业中广泛应用,驾驶员操作舒适性是重要评价指标。针对驾驶员在驾驶过程中不舒适问题,提出利用人机工程学把驾驶过程中不舒适的问题转化到车型设计中。首先将市场售后信息分类,分成操作舒适类和操作空间类。根据市场反馈信息,对每个问题进行人机工程学分析,通过与竞品车型对比,判断设计目标值是否合理,然后调整设计中的相关参数。通过油泥模型、硬质模型、样车制造,验证本文在轻型载货汽车内饰设计过程中应用的人机工程学,实现驾驶员操作舒适性的目标。
Light duty trucks are widely used in the transportation industry,and the driver’s operating comfort is an important evaluation index.Aiming at the driver’s discomfort in the driving process,it is proposed to use ergonomics to transform the discomfort in the driving process into the model design.First,the market after-sales information is classified into operation comfort category and operation space category.According to market feedback information,ergonomic analysis is carried out for each problem,and by comparing with competing models,it is judged whether the design target value is reasonable,and then the relevant parameters in the design are adjusted.Through the manufacture of clay models,hard models and prototype vehicles,the ergonomics applied in the light truck interior design process in this paper are verified to achieve the goal of driver operating comfort.
