摘要
随着国家高职学校“双高计划”建设的全面推进,注重学生综合素质和能力培养,促进学生全面发展就显得尤为重要。高职学校大学生社团建设作为学生培养和管理的有效载体,也同样面临着诸多机遇与挑战。本文以加强社团管理、强化社团育人功能为主线,分析“双高计划”建设背景下学生社团建设存在的问题与不足,提出优化社团运行机制、提升学生综合能力对策,以期实现学生社团建设与“双高计划”建设有机融合,助力高职学校“双高计划”建设。
With the comprehensive advancement of the“Double High Plan”construction of higher vocational colleges,it is particularly important to focus on the cultivation of students'comprehensive quality and ability,and to promote the overall development of students.As an effective carrier of college students management,the construction of college students'associations in higher vocational colleges is also facing many opportunities and challenges.By analyzing the problems existing in the construction of student associations,taking strengthening the management of associations and enhancing the educational function of associations as the main line,and taking optimizing the operation mechanism of associations and improving the comprehensive ability of students as the goal,this paper effectively integrates the“Double High Plan”construction with the construction of student associations,so as to realize the“Double High Plan”construction,lead the construction of student associations,and promote the construction of student associations to realize their own construction innovation.Finally,it will help the“Double High Plan”construction of the school.
