摘要
自噬及替代自噬作为细胞自身物质更新代谢的重要机制,在皮肤衰老进程中起着重要作用。营气行于脉中而濡养肌肤,卫气行于脉外而抵抗外邪、护卫肌表,营卫之间互相协调方能维持皮肤正常的生理功能,营卫功能紊乱则导致皮肤衰老。基于营卫理论,从营卫失调阐释细胞自噬及替代自噬紊乱诱发皮肤衰老的机制,认为营卫协调运行固护濡养皮肤、消除内外邪毒、自我防御的过程与自噬及替代自噬维持皮肤稳态、防止皮肤衰老的过程存在相关性,进而提出“调和营卫”激活皮肤自噬及替代自噬以延缓皮肤衰老的治则,丰富了皮肤衰老发病机制的理论内涵。
Autophagy and alternative autophagy,as an important mechanism of substance renewal and metabo-lism of cells,is critical in the process of skin aging.Ying qi(营气)travels in the veins to nourish skin,while Wei qi(卫气)travels outside the veins to resist external pathogens and protect the skin surface.The coordination between thetwo can maintain the normal physiological function of skin,while the dysfunction of Ying and Wei leads to skin aging.Based on the Ying-Wei theory,this paper explains the mechanism of skin aging induced by the disorder of autophagyand alternative autophagy from“disharmony between Ying qi and Wei qi”,and believes that Wei qi is related to autoph-agy and alternative autophagy in skin barrier maintenance,while Ying qi is associated with removing damaged cellularcomponents and promoting skin renewal.Autophagy and alternative autophagy in maintaining skin homeostasis andpreventing skin aging is similar to the coordination between Ying qi and Wei qi to protect and nourish the skin,elimi-nate internal and external invasion,and self-defense.Furthermore,the therapeutic principle of activating skin au-tophagy and alternative autophagy to delay skin aging by“harmonizing Ying and Wei levels”is proposed,which en-riches the theoretical connotation of the pathogenesis of skin aging.
