摘要
总结庄礼兴教授运用调神通跷法针刺治疗帕金森病睡眠障碍的临证经验。认为帕金森病睡眠障碍核心病机为阳不入阴,脑神失养,久之阴阳两虚,神机失用。根据本病早、中、晚不同阶段进行分期论治,以调神通跷为治法贯穿全程,主穴选择四神针、神庭、印堂、神门、三阴交、申脉、照海,手法以平补平泻为主,临证注重识别有无肝风、痰热、瘀滞等兼夹并随证配穴,以改善帕金森病患者的睡眠情况。
This paper summarized Professor ZHUANG Lixing’s clinical experience in treating Parkinson’s disease sleep disorder(PDSD)with acupuncture of regulating the mind and unblocking qiao(跷)method.It is believed that the core pathogenesis of PDSD is yang failing to enter yin,and the brain and spirit losing of nourishment,thereby leading to yin and yang deficiency and oppressed vital activity.Staged treatment should be performed as to the early,middle and late stages of the disease.The method of regulating the mind;unblocking qiao(跷)is used throughout the whole process.The main acupoints are suggested to be Si Shen Needling(四神针),Shenting(DU24),Yintang(EX-HN3),Shenmen(TF4),Sanyinjiao(SP 6),Shenmai(BL 62),and Zhaohai(KI 6),and even supplementation and drainage method is mainly used.The acupoints can be added by differentiating whether there is liver wind,phlegm heat and stasis accumulation.All work together to improve the sleep condition of patients with Parkinson’s disease.
