摘要
推行教师终身教职聘任制改革是高等学校人事制度改革的重要方向,通过有序、合理、科学的竞争机制,进一步调动大学教师的创新精神,优化大学人才资源配置,进而实现我国高等教育可持续发展。通过中美两国大学教师终身教职聘任制改革的对比与启示,从法治环境、制度环境、竞争环境等几个方面提出我国大学教师终身教职聘任制改革的对策。
Implementing the reform of teachers’ tenure system is an important direction of personnel system reform in Institutions of higher learning. Through an orderly, rational and scientific competition mechanism, we can further mobilize the innovative spirit of university teachers, optimize the allocation of university talent resources, and thus realize the sustainable development of higher education in China.Through the comparison and enlightenment of the reform of teachers’ tenure system between Chinese and American universities, this paper puts forward some countermeasures from the aspects of legal environment,system environment and competitive environment.
