摘要
网络舆论的影响有两面性,正面舆论对疫情防控工作有监督等积极作用,而负面舆论则对疫情的科学防治、政府防疫决策以及民众抗疫信心等造成障碍。疫情突发无论对政府或者民众都措手不及,负面网络舆论产生在所难免。尽管如此,疫情防治在政府强有力的领导下已经取得了有目共睹的成绩。疫情终将过去,但是这次疫情引发的一些负面舆论还是应该引起反思,正如习近平总书记所指出的那样,“做好网上舆论工作是一项长期任务”,这个任务需要继续反思疫情中负面舆论的引发因素,探寻疫情负面舆论的治理方案,优化疫情预警机制、充分发挥主流媒体的主导作用、建立疫情捐收速配制度等,为类似事件发生消减其负面影响,提高防疫治疫效率防患于未然。
The influence of public opinion on the internet is a double-edged sword.Positive public opinion has a positive role in supervising prevention and control of the pandemic,while negative public opinion builds obstacles against the scientific prevention and control,the governmental policy decision and the public faith of fighting the pandemic.The sudden outbreak of the pandemic has caught both the government and the public by surprise,and negative online public opinion is inevitable.Nevertheless,under the strong leadership of the government,the epidemic prevention and control has achieved obvious results.The pandemic will eventually pass,but some negative public opinions caused by this pandemic should still take into consideration.As General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out,"to regulate public opinion on Internet is a long-term task".This task requires continued work--reflection on the cause of negative public opinion,exploration to the management plan of negative public opinion,optimization of the epidemic alert mechanism,full utilization of the mainstream media,and establishment of the accessible fundraising system during pandemic,so as to reduce the negative impact of similar events and improve the efficiency of epidemic prevention and treatment.
