摘要
该文运用文献资料法和访谈法,就新发展格局下社会体育指导员的高质量发展进路展开研究。通过结合我国现阶段的发展趋势,浅析社会体育指导员制度的发展历程,发现社会体育指导员目前的发展缺乏市场竞争力,培养模式存在缺陷,开展群众体育活动不活跃和推广不足等问题,并就这些问题尝试性地提出解决方案。
This paper studies the high quality development approach of social sports instructors under the new development pattern by means of literature and interview.Based on the current development trend of China,this paper analyzes the development process of the social sports instructor system,finds that the current development of social sports instructors lacks market competitiveness,the training mode has defects,the mass sports activities are not active and the promotion is insufficient,and tries to put forward some solutions to these problems.
