摘要
人们通过运动来增强抵抗力,维持身体健康。若是操作不当,则可能会发生运动损伤。在排球运动训练中,经常会出现运动损伤事件,一般会出现在腰、肩等部位,这是由于训练前准备工作不充分或天气条件差、技术操作失误等原因引起的。排球运动训练方法不合理、运动量过大,会导致运动员出现疲劳过度的情况,需要给予重视,同时也要制定针对性的保护措施,避免发生运动损伤,为制订训练计划提供参照。该文主要阐述了排球运动训练常见的运动损伤及保护措施,以供参考。
People build up their resistance and maintain their health through exercise.Improper operation may result in sports injuries.In volleyball training,sports injury events often occur,usually in the waist,shoulder and other parts.This is caused by inadequate preparation before training,poor weather conditions,technical errors and other reasons.Unreasonable volleyball training methods and excessive exercise will lead to excessive fatigue of athletes.Therefore,attention should be paid to it.At the same time,targeted protection measures should be formulated according to the situation of sports injury to avoid sports injury and provide reference for future training plans.This paper mainly expounds the common sports injuries and protective measures in volleyball training,for reference only.
