摘要
针对《国家职业教育改革实施方案》提出的“双师型”教师培养培训基地和建设“工匠之师”的工作任务以及“双师型”教师发展面临的问题,提出省级“双师型”教师培养培训基地建设构想。并通过构想的建设机制,完善不同行业的“双师型”教师培训内容、培训机制、考核标准等,对改善“双师型”教师培养现状起到积极作用,以期拓展“双师型”教师培养培训工作思路,为“双师型”教师培养培训基地建设提供参考,积极推动职业院校的“双师型”教师培养工作。
In response to the tasks of building“double-qualified”teacher training base,the training of“craftsman-typed teachers”and the problems faced by the development of“double-qualified”teachers,this paper puts forward the conception of building provincial“double-qualified”teacher training base.While formulating the conception,we can improve the contents,mechanism and assessment of the training of“double-qualified”teachers in different fields,which will help solve some of the challenges faced with the training of“double-qualified”teachers.At the same time,it will broaden our horizon in the training of“double-qualified”teachers,provide experience for the building of“double-qualified”teacher training base,and promote the advancement of the training of“double-qualified”teachers in higher vocational colleges.
