从社会快速发展对工科类专业人才需求的多元化出发,通过重构知识体系、提升实践技能和改革教育教学方式等途径,将专业能力、人文素养和潜能激发等有机融合,构建工科类大学生专业技能和职业素养一体化创新型人才培养模式,在确保人才培养质量和提高大学生全面发展方面起着至关重要的作用。
From the rapid development of society to the diversity of engineering majors talent demands,an innovative talent training model by reconstructing knowledge system has been built,improving practical skills and reforming education and teaching methods.This model integrates professional competence,humanistic literacy and potential stimulation.Through the implementation of this model,the quality of graduate in engineering majors and improving the overall development of college students has been effectively improved.
