摘要
目的:探究耳穴压豆联合大柴胡汤加减治疗腹腔镜胆囊切除术后患者的疗效。方法:选取本院2020年1月—2022年1月收治的经腹腔镜胆囊切除术后患者45例,按照随机数字表法分为研究组23例、对照组22例。对照组予以耳穴压豆治疗,研究组予以耳穴压豆联合大柴胡汤加减治疗,比较两组临床疗效,胃肠功能恢复指标(肠鸣音恢复、首次排便、排气时间、饮食恢复时间)及生活质量。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为95.65%,高于对照组的72.73%(P<0.05);研究组肠鸣音恢复、首次排便、排气时间、饮食恢复时间短于对照组(P<0.05);研究组生理功能、行为能力、社会能力、心理功能评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:耳穴压豆联合大柴胡汤加减治疗腹腔镜胆囊切除术后患者的疗效良好,可改善患者临床症状及胃肠功能影响,提高患者生活质量。
Objective:To explore the curative effect of auricular point pressing beans combined with modified Dachaihu decoction on patients after laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods:A total of 45 patients after laparoscopic cholecystectomy in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected and divided into study group(23 cases)and control group(22 cases)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with auricular point pressing beans,and the study group was treated with auricular point pressing beans combined with modified Dachaihu decoction.The clinical efficacy,gastrointestinal function recovery indexes(bowel sound recovery,first defecation,exhaust time,diet recovery time)and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was 95.65%,which was higher than 72.73%of the control group(P<0.05).The recovery time of bowel sounds,first defecation,exhaust time and diet recovery time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of physiological function,behavioral ability,social ability and psychological function in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Auricular point bean pressing combined with Dachaihu decoction in the treatment of patients after laparoscopic cholecystectomy has good curative effect,can improve the clinical symptoms and gastrointestinal function of patients,improve the quality of life of patients.
