摘要
目的:探究吲哚布芬治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:选取2018年7月—2019年7月天津市黄河医院治疗的不稳定型心绞痛患者100例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组及观察组,每组各50例。在常规对症治疗的基础上,对照组给予阿司匹林肠溶片,观察组给予吲哚布芬治疗,观察治疗后各组患者的临床总有效率和心绞痛发作次数及其持续时间。结果:观察组的临床总有效率显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后心绞痛发作次数及其持续时间显著优于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗后观察组的改善程度显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:吲哚布芬可有效减少不稳定型心绞痛患者的发作次数,并能够缩短其发作持续时间,临床治疗效果显著。
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of indobufen in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris. Methods:From July 2018 to July 2019, 100 patients with unstable angina pectoris treated in the hospital were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 50 cases in each group. On the basis of routine symptomatic treatment, the control group was given aspirin enteric-coated tablets, and the observation group was given indobufen.The clinical total effective rate, the number of angina pectoris attacks and the duration of each group were observed after treatment.Results: The clinical total effective rate of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The frequency and duration of angina pectoris in the two groups after treatment were significantly better than those before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the improvement degree of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Indobufen can effectively reduce the number of attacks in patients with unstable angina pectoris, and can shorten the duration of attacks, and the clinical treatment effect is significant.
