摘要
目的探究思维导图引导康复护理在白内障超声乳化手术患者中的应用效果及对术后并发症发生情况的影响。方法按照护理手段的不同将我院980例行白内障超声乳化手术的白内障患者分为对照组与观察组,各490例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取思维导图引导康复护理。比较两组的视力、护理效果、并发症发生情况、生活质量及护理满意度。结果观察组手术后1周、出院后3个月的视力高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的护理总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后3个月的生活质量综合评定问卷-74(GQOLI-74)各维度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论思维导图引导康复护理在行白内障超声乳化手术的白内障患者中的应用效果显著,能明显改善视力,减少并发症,提升生活质量和护理满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of mind map guided rehabilitation nursing in patients undergoing phacoemulsification and its influence on postoperative complications.Methods A total of 980 cataract patients undergoing phacoemulsification in our hospital were divided into control group and observation group according to different nursing methods,with 490 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given mind map guided rehabilitation nursing.The visual acuity,nursing effect,occurrence of complications,quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The visual acuity of the observation group was higher than that of the control group at 1 week after operation and 3 months after discharge(P<0.05).The total effective rate of nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of each dimension of Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74(GQOLI-74)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group at 3 months after operation(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The mind map guided rehabilitation nursing for cataract patients undergoing phacoemulsification has a significant application effect,which can significantly improve visual acuity,reduce complications,improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
