摘要
“一不怕苦、二不怕死”精神是宝贵的精神财富,在培养学生吃苦耐劳品质方面具有现实意义。从高职院校学生管理工作角度出发,分析了当前学生“一不怕苦、二不怕死”精神淡化的原因及其影响,进一步提出了培养高职院校学生吃苦耐劳品质的教育途径和现实意义。
The spirit of “One is Not Afraid of Hardship,and the Other is Not Afraid of Death” is a precious spiritual wealth,and it has practical significance in cultivating the quality of students to bear hardships and stand hard work.From the perspective of student management in higher vocational colleges,this paper analyzes the reasons and influence of the current students’ spirit of “One is Not Afraid of Hardship and the is Not Afraid of Death”,and further puts forward the educational approach and practical significance of cultivating the quality of students in higher vocational colleges to bear hardships and stand hard work.
