摘要
建设投资是为了完成工程项目建设,在建设期投入且形成现金流出的全部费用。建设投资包括工程费用(设备及工器具购置费和建筑安装费用)、工程建设其他费用、预备费。其中按照费用构成要素划分,建筑安装工程费用分为人工、材料、施工机具使用费、企业管理费、利润、规费、税金。从以往的已完工项目费用占比分析,材料费占建筑安装工程费用的60%甚至更多。因此,降低工程成本的的最有效的方式就是改进项目部的物资管理模式。
Construction investment is to complete the construct,ion of the project,put in during the construction period and form all the expenses of cash outflow.Construction investment includes engineering cost(purchase cost of equipment and tools and installation cost of construction),other costs of engineering construction and preparation cost.Among them,according to the constituent elements of cost,the cost of construction and installation works is divided into labor,materials,usage fee of construction equipment,enterprise management fee,profit,regulation fee and tax.From the analysis of the proportion of completed project cost in the past,the material cost accounts for 60%or more of the construction and installation project cost.Therefore,the most effective way to reduce project costs is to improve the material management mode of project department.
