一种管件内孔加工设备的关键机构设计 被引量:1

摘要 在以各种较大轴\|径向尺寸比的钢材管件毛坯件为待加工工件的钢管产品生产过程中,管材的加工工艺仍普遍以单一的切削加工或内磨加工为主,工序繁杂,设备繁重,难以兼顾加工效率与产品质量,自动化程度与生产效率较低,生产成本居高不下.为实现对管件内孔更为高效的内圆车削加工与内表面强化加工,在被普遍应用于生产实际的技术路线与工艺原理的基础上,经过对原理与结构的优化改进,设计一种具备高效定位装夹,内圆面车削与内圆面滚压强化加工于一体的管件内孔切削滚压一体加工机. In the production process of steel pipe products based on pipe blanks with large axial\|radial size ratio,the processing technics is still generally based on single turning or internal grinding,which is difficult to give consideration both to the processing efficiency and product quality with burdensome procedure and strenuous work,which leads to the low automation and production efficiency with high production cost.For more efficient process,based on actual manufacture and relevant improvement,a turning\|strengthening integrated device is designed,which has the advantages of efficient positioning and clamping.
