摘要
涉家庭暴力人员婚姻登记可查询制度可开展婚前家庭暴力预防工作、维护婚恋人员知情权。通过阐释制度构建的法理基础,明晰家庭暴力信息的法律性质,确定信息收集的正当性。对制度现存的问题提出完善建议,加强制度体系建设。
The query-able system of marriage registration can carry out the prevention of premarital domestic violence and protect the married and love people’s right to know. By explaining the legal basis of the system construction, we can clarify the legal nature of domestic violence information and determine the legitimacy of information collection. Suggestions are put forward to improve the existing problems of the system and strengthen the construction of the system.
