小学在幼小衔接中的履责困境与对策——基于“新方案”“新课标”的分析 被引量:16

摘要 做好幼小衔接,促进儿童从幼儿园到小学的顺利过渡是幼儿园和小学共同的教育责任。但长期以来,我国的幼小衔接工作呈现出幼儿园单方发力的现象,小学并没有充分履行其职责和使命,这与缺乏科学的政策引领具有密切关系。教育部印发的《义务教育课程方案(2022年版)》和《义务教育课程标准(2022年版)》作为课程育人的蓝图、教师行动的指南,其中关于幼小衔接的相关规定为小学在幼小衔接中责任的有效履行提供了指导。研究认为,小学可以通过自觉践行“儿童本位”的教育理念、高度重视教师培训与研修、积极寻求家长的协同配合,以促进“新方案”“新标准”中幼小衔接要求的落实,进而实现自身在幼小衔接中的责任落实。 It is the common educational responsibility of kindergarten and primary school to do a good job in transitions from kindergarten to primary school.However,for a long time,the work of transitions from kindergarten to primary education in China has shown the phenomenon of unilateral efforts of kindergartens,while primary schools have not fully fulfilled their responsibilities and missions,which is closely related to the lack of scientific policy guidance.The Curriculum Plan and Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education(2022 Edition)issued by the Ministry of Education serves as a blueprint for curriculum education and a guide for teachers′actions.Relevant provisions on the connection between primary and secondary school provide guidance for primary schools to effectively fulfill their responsibilities in transitions from kindergarten to primary education.Primary schools can consciously practice the child-oriented education concept,attach great importance to teacher training and research,actively seek cooperation from parents,and fully respect children′s dominant position to promote the implementation of the new Curriculum plan and new Curriculum standard requirements for the connection between primary and secondary schools,so as to fulfill their responsibilities in transitions from kindergarten to primary education.
